Hiring with the paperwork built in
Hiring flows are configured per position: the list of mandatory documents, the stages a candidate passes, who approves. Employees are invited through the app, and the platform tracks document expiry so a licence never lapses unnoticed. It also integrates with the company HR systems.
Sites, routes and checkpoints
Sites, branches and offices form a hierarchy with managers, staff and fine-grained access rights. Each site gets patrol routes with checkpoints and a list of mandatory actions, drawn right on the map.
Schedules, shifts and tasks
Shift schedules, tasks and checkpoints are planned in dedicated views, tracked as they happen and rolled up into statistics. Templates for shifts and tasks automate the recurring part.
One app for the guard on shift
The home screen shows what matters now: shift status and countdown, schedule, hours worked, pay, alerts and tasks. Guards follow routes, chat with colleagues and see their own statistics. A dedicated set of screens serves the engineering security team for incidents, maintenance and emergency work. The app ships in two modes: personal phones, and kiosk mode for shared devices on site.
