MedProfile is an iOS assistant for people who live with a diagnosis and need to keep an eye on it. Conditions are pinned to a body map, examinations and documents sit in one history, the pill organizer and the calendar remind on time, and a pain diary gives the doctor something precise to work with. Family accounts, encrypted cloud storage and AI avatars come with a subscription.

Your body is the home screen
The main screen is a figure of a person. Tap the area that hurts or is being watched and log the condition there: type, examination date, size, photos and how often it needs a check. One profile per person, with family members added to the same account.
Pills on schedule, check-ups on the calendar
The pill organizer holds every medication with its dose and intake times, and asks at the right moment: take, skip or reschedule. The calendar collects upcoming examinations and reminds ahead of them, so a yearly check does not slip by.
Pain, described precisely
The pain classifier records the kind of pain, whether it is constant or comes in waves, its intensity on a ten-point scale, when it began and what might have triggered it. Over weeks this becomes a diary the doctor can actually read.
A history that stays with you
Every examination, result and document is filed by date and body area, ready to show at the next appointment. MedProfile is not a medical device: it reminds about what a doctor prescribed and keeps the records straight, nothing more.
