Terms of Use

Football Russia is published on the Apple App Store by Sport Star Management LLC (OOO «Sport Star Management», OGRN 1097746525898), a company registered in the Russian Federation, with its registered office at 34 Verkhnyaya Krasnoselskaya Street, Moscow, 107140, Russia, and on Google Play by Highglossy FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Al Shmookh Business Center, One UAQ, UAQ Free Trade Zone, Umm Al Quwain, U.A.E.. The company that distributes the copy you installed is the operator of your data and your counterparty under these documents; we refer to it as “we” or “us”. Both companies are part of the Highglossy group and apply this document in full.

By downloading, installing or using Football Russia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract where you live. If you are using Football Russia on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

Matches, tables and live coverage need no account. To take part in Disputes and keep your coins across devices you create a profile with a nickname and a sign-in through an identity provider available in the app; we do not issue passwords. You can delete the profile from the app's settings; deletion removes your disputes record and remaining coins and is irreversible. Remove ads stays with your store account and can be restored.

You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in provider account secure.

Football Russia follows the Premier League, the First League and the Russian Cup: results, fixtures, tables, live coverage with line-ups and statistics, goal alerts for your clubs, and Disputes, where fans test who knows football best.

Football Russia is not a betting or gambling service. Disputes are played for coins, a virtual currency with no monetary value: coins can be bought, won and spent inside the app, but never withdrawn, exchanged, transferred to another person or redeemed for anything of value. The app is not affiliated with the leagues or clubs it covers; match data is provided as information and may lag or contain errors.

You keep every right in the disputes, answers and avatar you post. By posting them you let us store them and show them to other users, which is the point of Disputes. Keep what you post lawful and respectful: no insults, threats, hate, spam or advertising. We may remove content that breaks this and suspend the profile that posted it.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain access to another user's account, data or key material.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written consent, or otherwise interfere with their operation.
• Use automated means to create accounts or place load on the service beyond normal app use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
• Resell, sublicense or make the service available to third parties as your own.
• Manipulate Disputes, for example with multiple profiles or automated answers, or trade coins outside the app.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section.

Football Russia is free to download and shows ads. In-app purchases are one-time: packs of coins for Disputes, and Remove ads, which switches the ads off for good. The exact price for your region and currency is shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.

• Coins. Coins are a licence to use a feature of the app, not property or currency. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, refunded, exchanged or transferred, and are forfeited when the profile is deleted or the app is discontinued.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account on confirmation of purchase; we never receive or handle your payment details. One-time purchases do not renew. Restore Purchases reattaches Remove ads to a new device signed in with the same store account; coins are tied to your profile.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. We cannot issue a refund for a store purchase. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal under consumer law in your country, that right is unaffected by this section.

Where you obtained Football Russia from the Apple App Store, the following applies and prevails over anything inconsistent elsewhere in these terms:

• This agreement is between you and Sport Star Management LLC only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for Football Russia and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for Football Russia.
• If Football Russia fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to Football Russia, including product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement or discharge of any third-party claim that Football Russia infringes intellectual property rights.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.

Where you obtained Football Russia from Google Play, your purchase and the delivery of the app are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for Football Russia, its content or support. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google under its own policies.

We aim to keep Football Russia available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service altogether, we will give you reasonable notice in the app or by any other means we have.

You may stop using Football Russia at any time and delete your account from within the app; deletion is irreversible. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are legally required to, or if continuing would expose us or other users to material risk. Except where a breach makes it inappropriate, we will give notice first.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Football Russia is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Football Russia will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that live coverage, scores or alerts will be accurate or timely.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud. If you deal as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Subject to the section above, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.
• We are not liable for the loss of coins or disputes records, which have no monetary value, or for the content of ads shown by third-party networks.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) 50 EUR.

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Football Russia after that point means you accept the change; if you do not, stop using the app and delete your account.

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, these terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation and disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the Russian Federation. If you obtained it from Google Play, these terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
