Terms of Use

PFC CSKA is operated by Sport Star Management LLC (OOO «Sport Star Management», OGRN 1097746525898), a company registered in the Russian Federation, with its registered office at 34 Verkhnyaya Krasnoselskaya Street, Moscow, 107140, Russia (“we”, “us”).

By downloading, installing or using PFC CSKA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract where you live. If you are using PFC CSKA on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

News, matches and live coverage need no account. The fan account is created with your phone number or email and, for match tickets, your Fan ID; it is the same account you use on the club's site. The club's rules govern tickets, season passes, the family sector and loyalty. You can delete the account from the app's settings; tickets already issued remain valid and the club keeps the records the law requires.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself: tickets and orders made from your account are yours.

The official PFC CSKA app keeps fans up to date with the club: news, scores, photos and video, live text coverage of matches with line-ups and tables, push alerts, and the fan account with tickets, season passes, loyalty and VEB Arena services.

The app is not the seller of tickets, season passes or loyalty goods: the club is, under its own terms of sale, refund rules and arena regulations. Match data and live coverage are provided as information and may lag or contain errors.

The club's news, photos, video and marks belong to the club and its licensors; you may view and share them through the app's share functions for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain access to another user's account, data or key material.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written consent, or otherwise interfere with their operation.
• Use automated means to create accounts or place load on the service beyond normal app use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
• Resell, sublicense or make the service available to third parties as your own.
• Buy tickets for resale or with someone else's Fan ID, or otherwise breach the club's ticketing rules.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section.

The app itself is free and has no in-app purchases through the App Store. Tickets, season passes, arena tours and loyalty goods are sold by the club: the order shows every seat and its price before you pay, payment is taken by the acquiring bank on its secure page, and the club's terms of sale, refund and cancellation rules apply. An order can be cancelled in the app while the club's rules allow it. Questions about a ticket or a refund go to the club's ticket office.

Where you obtained PFC CSKA from the Apple App Store, the following applies and prevails over anything inconsistent elsewhere in these terms:

• This agreement is between you and Sport Star Management LLC only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for PFC CSKA and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for PFC CSKA.
• If PFC CSKA fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to PFC CSKA, including product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement or discharge of any third-party claim that PFC CSKA infringes intellectual property rights.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.

We aim to keep PFC CSKA available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service altogether, we will give you reasonable notice in the app or by any other means we have.

You may stop using PFC CSKA at any time and delete your account from within the app; deletion is irreversible. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are legally required to, or if continuing would expose us or other users to material risk. Except where a breach makes it inappropriate, we will give notice first.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PFC CSKA is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that PFC CSKA will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that live coverage, scores or push alerts will be accurate or timely.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud. If you deal as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Subject to the section above, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.
• We are not liable for the sale, validity or refund of tickets and season passes, or for the loyalty programme, which the club runs.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) 50 EUR.

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use PFC CSKA after that point means you accept the change; if you do not, stop using the app and delete your account.

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, and disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the Russian Federation. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
