Carsmile
A carsharing brand, from wrap to app.
A new carsharing operator had to reach the market from zero. We designed the car livery and a mini-site, built the iOS and Android app and ran the service on our Omnitrack platform. Carsmile operated in Saint Petersburg, Voronezh, Tula and briefly in Moscow. The service has since closed.

The app
Find a car on the map, check fuel and range, pick a tariff and book, all in a couple of taps. We set out to make a clean, modern carsharing app before the big players entered the market, and it held up.
Everything around the ride
Notifications with zone and fleet updates, promo codes and bonus smiles, insurance options, bank cards linked in the app, filters by model: the details that make a service feel finished.
Launched on Omnitrack
The app ran on our Omnitrack platform: vehicles, telematics, customers, payments and document checks came from the same back office that later served other operators. The service is discontinued.
